There are many benefits that come with enhanced Emotional Intelligence (EI), such
as helping you to understand and manage your emotions, improve relationships, and
handle stress more effectively. It also boosts your confidence, decision-making, and
leadership skills, making life and work feel more balanced and fulfilling.

Yes. Please note though, I have limited availability for in-person sessions. Once we
decide to work together, we will confirm session arrangements to accommodate your
needs.

In the session after your free discovery/consultation call, we will discuss your
presenting concerns, goals and any relevant contextual information.

The number of sessions varies based on your needs e.g. presenting concerns,
number of employees etc. Some clients choose to consult on a specific piece of
work, whilst others opt for more extensive programmes.
